Good day, I want to log a complain for Ekurhuleni electricity I have been having power failure for the past weeks and also Today we had power failure but when the electricity is restored, mine doesn't come back, when I call them today regarding the matter they say they can't log the query because they is a query for 22nd of December still pending regarding this matter.They also placed me on hold while I was still discussing the the matter with call center agent
