on the 9th I complained bout a none working meter which for some reason got a bill of 949 and you told me to provide a full address.3593 southboundry road dawn park ext7 account number***.<br> I know for a fact that the meter does not work even the technician, the meter reader person n those u send to cut off the power confirmed it soo please indulge me as to how u came up with the 949 amount.<br> after all this how do u expect me to believe that all this time my bill was actual coz this confirm my story that our bills are estimated so as to cover voslorus bill <br> y cut off the power n y and dawn park y not villalisa n windmill n voslu too? wat does the boksburg municipality office have against the dawn park residence?<br> y are we victims of power cuts mine is even worse I have a ghost reading?
