there is not many words that can describe the incompetence that Germiston municipality have become. They email out BLANK ACCOUNTS,which consist of 7 pages, change the residents names and to boot - there is NO telephone number that is actually answered in that municipal building!!!<br> The incompetence has reached a new level!!!
