Frustration getting information

We, Lawyers, Agents, have been trying to get information from them for the past couple of months, we have emailed our requests, no answer, we have logged onto the website, then get told they are busy with year end, then they are off line, no-one ever answers their phones in there offices, all goes to voicemail, you leave a message but no-one comes back to you, I went into the offices last week Wednesday and was promised we would have the information by that Friday.
