Fresh water pipes issues
<p>we live in germiston (cruywagen park ) now i noticed that my car pit is full of fresh water , my neighbour water feed pipe is about a meter away from my wall so i suspect its a pipe leaking before meter concill side ! I called and reported it also because water is so low in vaaldam , last night they came around 6 to check just to tell me its not there problem ! I must call a plumber ! The pipe is my neighbours pipe nothing to do with me ! And my neibour is not worried because he is selling his house and hes meter is not afected ! So what do i do ? </p>

How can i explain any better !!! Its not in my yard is my neighbours feed line before the meeter ! And he dont care he is selling his house ! His yard is concreted so he also dont see the leak !

Also there is no valve to close ! Council will have to close ! Main line to fix ! Im just reporting
