I've been getting MMS's stating that my account number: *** has not been paid, and that I live in number 15E Doorn Road!!! I am not even registerd on the Ekurhuleni website, yet the site states that my i.d number is already registered under some e-mail address that I do not posess. When I did stay in Benoni I had a prepaid meter!! Why am I getting these electrical accounts?? Someone registered online, I think it was my previous landlord. I have been living in Boksburg in my own property since 2014. I am getting account statements for Dec 2014 and January 2015 at No. 15 E Doorn Road!!! THIS IS *****!!! What the **** is happening to South AFRICA???

We sent your query through to the person doing billing in the Boksburg CCC. On our side it shows that you reside at nr 21 Karen Rd that address is where they are currently billing you for your rates & taxes not 15E Doorn Rd. This 15E Doorn Road might be the street address outside the complex but you need to contact the person who was opening the account for you at the enquiries department in Boksburg.
