F&J electrical and Ekurhuleni municipality

Ekurhuleni municipality contracted F & J electrical to install and configure transformers in Pola Park Ext 5 Tokoza. One transformer isn't working and problem was escalated weeks ago till today no help. Residents are fuming and need reports about these installations. Residents suspect that this specific transformer is overloaded and municipal techies don't know how to resolve the issue. Between these two companies one owes us a full explanation. We have no access to electricity in the evenings at all. Sometimes we go for days with no power and mind you this happens to one transformer whilst others are fine. It's not even three weeks since installation took place but already problems. This is the communication I had with the contractor Good day

Hopefully this is the right department, you recently done some work at Pola Park ext 5 and one of the transformers we believe it's overloaded and it's giving problems eversince it was installed. I'm sending this email because the residents are furious about this conduct and we believe you got instructions from the municipality. If you may can we please get a report with comparisons from all the transformers you installed in this area. And kindly advise as to why was one of the transformers taken back because the transformer in question we don't believe it can handle the load. Too many houses are connected to it. It's been weeks now and no one seems to care. Hope you are nothing like our municipal techies who can't even resolve a simple complaint.

And if all I said isn't the case we believe that it's foul play from municipal techies cause whenever we complain the electricity comes back but in the evening we no longer get the desired service. Are these transformers remotely controlled? Or timed?
