Final Notice received
I pay my electricity bill every month via EFT and have never had issues. Thursday, 25 February I paid my electricity bill of R2 897 via EFT. Yesterday I received a Final Notice in my mailbox advising me that my electricity will be disconnected if I don't pay R2987 plus an additional fee, which amounts to R3005 in total. <br> I have tried relentlessly to contact anyone, but I have been given six different numbers ***, ***, ***, ***, *** and ***), of which four no one answers and the rest diverted my call. I refuse to pay (again) and will not have my electricity cut off because of their inefficiency and incompetence. <br> <br>
