Final Notice Charges

I would like to know from the Kempton Park Municipality why are they keep on charging me Final Notice to the amount of R108,69 each and every month when I pay before the due date of each month being the 5th. Just last month, I made payment on the 2 September, the due date for payment is the 5 September and on the billing invoice, they only allocated payment on the 8 September 2015 and they hit me with a late notice charge on the 8 September 2015. So it took Ekurhuleni 4 working days to allocate payment, therefore the problem lies with the time frame they allocate payment and not me making payment. This is another ******* way of making extra money from the paying consumers! Oh yes, why do they have telephone lines, when no one answers. Re sending as I am still waiting answers from Ekurhuleni on this.
