Final Notice charge for payment made 4 days late

Are you kidding me? You issue a final notice charge which implies that there was a notice saying you have not paid and will be charged. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN!!!!

You say payments due on 25th of each month (by the way this is pay day to people so they can only initiate payment on the 25th which means you would only get it a few days later depending on the bank)

So December 25th and 26th are public holidays, no transactions happening then. Then the 27th and 28th is a weekend so transactions delayed there. You then check if there is payment reflected on the Monday 29th and if not you issue a final notice charge.

How is that possible you have only just realised there is no payment yet so you can only then issue a letter of final notice. YOU DID NOT ISSUE ANY NOTICE WHATSOEVER!

YOU THEN HAVE THE CHEEK TO CHARGE FOR A PAYMENT THAT WAS DELAYED KNOWING FULL WELL IT IS XMAS TIME WITH LOTS OF PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. AND WHEN YOU OVER CHARGE ME WITH AN INTERIM READING YOU ONLY CREDIT ME A MONTH LATER!!!

My account has always been in good standing, even in Credit most of the time as I pay more than charged but you have the audacity to charge me without issuing a notice!!
