Final Notice

Account ***, I paid my bill via my E-bill and 7 days later I received a Final Notice in mail box,informing me.my Electricity would/could<br> .be.cut if I did not pay within 7 days<br> after much investigation from.my bank, they have now been told.that Erkhurleni had a problem with their E-bill payments not being credited to customers accounts<br> Why do they threaten to cut off people who ALWAYS PAY on TIME in FULL and yet let others get away with owing thousands and never get cut off
