False billing

<p>Does it make sense that my payment due date is 22/06/2017 and then 4days later I receive a 'Final notice' , where the the 1st notice before the final one?? Again I've been to the municipal office to raise thus issue and was told that they will amend the date on the system to the end of the month but it has not been done. And the so called final notice comes with a charge which I find it unfair regarding the non-anendment of the date.</p> <p>Can someone assist on this matter cause it seems like the municipal is making money out of us.</p>
