Failure to honour prepaid electricity
Between Ekurhuleni and Unipin there has been no resolution to the problem to activate prepaid electricity for the past 15 hours. EMM helpdesk can (as usual) only respond that they 'are working on it'. That is at least more helpful than Unipin who are un-contactable.
