FAILING TO RECONNECT US AFTER PAYMENT

QUICK ON CLAIMING MONEY BUT FAIL TO DELIVER! We had the worst and most unprofessional experience with their reconnection department. We were disconnected and requested to make payment in order to be reconnected. We made an immediate payment but were not reconnected. It's been 5 days and their Whatsapp helpline is no longer responding to our messages. I regret moving to this area, EKURHULENI MUNICIPALITY IS FULL OF BULL****!
