FAILER TO COLLECT THE GARBAGE

Am very disappointed by Erkhuruleni Municipality, since last week Friday the garbage has not been collected and it's right opposite my house and worst part of it the area turned into dumping spot,as this is not happening for the first time,we tried laying complaint at Rabasotho but no action has been taken. Can someone please intervene.
