Failed by energy department

For 2 days without electricity and I've tried to reach out the entire day pleading with call centre to assist with sending technicians to my house. The electricity tripped from the outside box which would have taken them less than 15 minutes to fix since they've done it before. They **** and told me that they will come between 5pm and 6pm and they never did until they knocked off at 7pm. Sad how paying residents are last priority
