Faeces over my garden as sewerage line overflows

REFERENCE NUMBER: ***<br> <br> I am going to have no option but to go to the media about my complaint. On Saturday we contacted your contact centre. We mentioned that we have a sewerage main line in our garden and the drains were blocked. This has caused faeces to overflow into my garden, attracting flies and is causing a health hazard. We requested your plumbers to urgently attend to same. I then wrote you the email below.<br> <br> This morning (Monday) we again contacted your call centre in the morning and explained the situation. We were assured that plumbers would come out today. I again phoned the call centre this afternoon and again was assured that the plumbers would come out today.<br> <br> Sir/Madam, I have no other option. Tomorrow, if plumbers have not been by 9am, I am reporting the matter to the Bedfordview/Edenvale News. I will also get private plumbers and will submit the account to Ekurhuleni council to pay, failing which I will deduct same from my rates and taxes.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
