Extremely upset

My account number is. ***. i have also sent an email to the Mayor's office with regards to the treatment i received when i went to the municipality to find out what the problem is. I was told by a gentleman names Lindsey that i am required to pay an additional R20 000.00 as my meter was bypassed, i informed them that i contacted the municipality and i was told a tech will be sent , so i do not know who did what on the meter. i was told that i have to pay the full amount then i can get my electricity back on, when i explained that i cannot pay the full amount and asked to make a payment arrangement and all i need are my lights to be put back on, i was bluntly told no one will help me. i must say i am really disappointed in the service that i received on that day, the gentleman had no empathy at all, he didn't listen to anything i had to say, seem uninterested. I am still sitting with no electricity which i feel is really unfair, i asked if this case will be investigated and was told if i want to investigate i must do it myself. I hope i can receive assistance soon so my kids and i can have things back to normal.
