Ekurhuleni municipality Boksburg doubled/ increased my rates without re-evaluating my unit, nor informing me of increase. The increase is more than 100%. No one is able to explain how such is even possible. Then hand over my account to attorney's to recover the outstanding amounts. People in the offices can't even help me, as they tell me i must wait for +/- 8 months for this issue to be resolved.
