Excellent Service received

From the first day dealing with Hendrick he has gone out of his way to resolve our problem with a broken pre-paid meter. It is extremely unusual to receive such excellent service without any request or demand for a bribe. This week I needed to arrange for a new meter installation and even though Hendrick was at a conference he still ensured that the request was attended to and within 3 days it was replaced. What a wonderful example to all the other workers at any government institution. Thanks so much for the excellent service !
