I am seriously irritated at the service that I have been receiving from the Ekurhuleni call centre or lack there of. On Wednesday 29th July 2015 @ 03:30am my pre paid meter ran out of units and my power went off. I immediately bought a R600 voucher via FNB and tried to load it with no success. I kept getting a ......30... code. I called the electricity call centre ***) @ 08:38, 10:54, 14:02, 14:07, 16:24, 16:27, 16:34, 16:38, 16:41, 18:05, 19:32, 19:57, 19:58, 20:01, 20:47, 20:50 and again this morning (30/09/15) @ 06:55. I always get the same answer of, the call will be escalated to some department and a follow up will be sent through. I have a 4 month old child who has not had a warm bottle or bath now for over 24 hours. I have been calling non stop and get told that there are technicians around the area and they will come and sort it out but no one can give me a time or even a more or less time that they will be coming to sort it out. My ref number is ***. If you can sort this out for me immediately, GREAT, if not Ekurhuleni can expect a bill for the food in my fridge & freezer that is rotting as we speak. EKURHULENI YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC
