Everyday Power Cutts

I would like to express how disappointed I am in the service we are receiving from the city of ekurhuleni. In the past few weeks, we have been getting power cuts for just a few houses in our area. Some of us have ill people in our houses that are dependant on Gas but when we do not have electricity there will be no supply of gas.

Our Electronic appliances are getting damaged on a daily because these power cuts happen every day.

Today as I write this we do not have electricity since yesterday at around 19:00. I have contacted your call center and I spoke to one of your rude employees by the name of Mpumi Khumalo who promised me a reference no. I still have not received the ref no.

I would like to know what the real issue is regarding these power cuts that only affect specific houses. We do not receive any notice or communication from the City of Ekurhuleni regarding these and this is poor unacceptable service.
