Ethekwini Rates Department Pethetic Services!!!

I am in the process of concluding the sale of my home. We requested a rates reading in July 2021 nd only got pple from the rates department out after logging several request in September 7th 2021, obviously covid was the reason...but our bill was paid in covid!.That stalled my transfer by almost 2 months nd to date we still await a rates clearence certificate after making payment more than 2 weeks ago...My attorneys have gone to a point of logging a complaint with the head superentendent of the rates department and we still wait weeks later so ...where is the service,the care or diligence for tax paying citizens!!You call the ethekweni lines nd get *********** people who keep transferring you until you put the phone down...is this service we pay for and accept all the increase hikes from....Ethekweni should certainly look at providing deadline driven service nd loose the "no hurry in Sa"attitude. All their delays are costing me interest and additional rentals which obviously isn't the municipalitys concern!!@@@ they have no people concern!
