Error In bills without explanation

I have been paying my account on time according to their billing systems however today I was told I owned the municipality R3000 which is double my monthly payment and they couldn’t explain where short fall was. To make matters worse is that I always over pay this account just hope I would save on rainy days.

The system is full in rude and unprofessional people. Frustrated
