What a bad service experience with the Ekurhuleni Municipality on how they think they can just add fees on our water bills that we are not aware of and force us to pay monies that they cannot even explain to us and they call it "Lawyers’ Fees" when you even go to those so called lawyers of theirs they can’t even explain themselves on how come their fees are so high and its bull**** thinking how you can just rob people the way you want, so disappointing
