ERF 1459 - Parkhaven Ext 8

Our plans were submitted to council on or around the first week in September. We are now approximately 9 weeks down the line and still have no plans approved, nor do we even have our water metre installed.<br> <br> I am dearly looking for some assistance and insight into this matter. The estate in which we are building applies penalties if we don't build on time and at this rate, penalties are going to be unavoidable.
