EMPD useless customer service agent Thando

I went to EMPD on Thursday for motor vehicle change of ownership . After I waited for more than an hour,then supervisor called my number.when I get there she told me some of my documents are missing.i tried to explain to her that I gave them to (Thando)the lady that was helping me. She insisted that I should go back to her and ask for those documents. I then went back to her and instead of checking my documents she went and sit on the bench with the lady who was selling Scarf and hats for about 15minutes.She didn’t care that I was waiting there for her and also there were other clients on the Que . After some time she came back with the documents and went back to that lady. She is so disrespectful and *********** to be public servent .
