EMM - PEOPLE MUST DIE BEFORE THEY WILL REACT
We had a sparking, smoking main fuse box so reported it to the call centre number, despite numerous follow up calls and fighting with inspectors and numerous other people - eventually been \gaat vol"we manged to get hold of the Operating Manger"
