EMM no customer service

We have 3 phase electricity of which one phase has been out for more than a week. Some houses in our area in Germiston have had no electricity at all. There is no customer service. We also had a faulty water meter replaced last year and no new water meter was installed. We were told it would be done in January 2021. Still nothing.
