EMM is useless

Good people of Ekurhuleni metro municipality I hope your laziness and slow pace of responding to issue raised by tax paying citizens will keep you warm this winter but bad service has filled me with enough anger to warm me up.

I asked you to trim tree branches and you agreed, gave me a reference number ********** . I'm still waiting for your service which I'm not getting. I'm extremely disappointed in your service or lack thereof.

If something so simple has become complicated in your incapable hands, I wonder what other easy request you're incapable of fulfilling.
