EMM, bad, worse... No response. Horrible municipality.

So this is probably the worst place to sort something out, forget one month to pay your W&L and the disconnection notice is not even delivered. Everything is paid up to date, yet the idiots they employ are unable to read or understand once payment has been made to switch on the power. This is winter, people are freezing in my place and what am I to do if they destroy my property in frustration because they have nothing to keep them warm in this cold winter.

I have contacted everyone and sent proof of everything. I have paid for every single thing, yet when something goes wrong they do not help. Time like these you understand that squatters get better treatment than those who actually pay for services.

I even sent Mark Wilson, the general manager of EMM a private message who still does not respond. Africa is really chasing out every person who keeps this country running. Thank you for absolutely nothing.
