Emfuleni Local municipality in Vaal Triangle is chaotic ,they hire *********** electricians

I called around 200:00 on Friday night about the electricity problem we were out of power,I was told there's is no electricians working at night to come out and assist.We then had to wait for them to come on Saturday the 25th ,they fix the power and then it worked but later on Saturday when there was a storm it started again and We called them to come ,they just joined the cables and never insulated the joint,so every time it rains we will have the same problem.We have been calling them the whole week to come fix as they are not doing a proper job.Can Emfuleni please hire people that are qualified to do their work and that are not lazy to work.
