Eletric

On the 28May I made a call to th city of ekurhuleni to get assistance because the eletric box outside my house caught fire and my neighbors had ******* connections.my reference number is 0960 I was then told tht th turn around time for technicians to assist is 48hrs.im still waiting.out of 4 of us Haring the box outside I'm the only 1 paying eletric and now I can't put eletric as my box inside my house is off.i was told by 1 of the neighbors that the ******* connections is done through my cable as I'm the only one paying eletric..can I get assistance URGENTLY
