Electricy Bad Service

The electricity tripped in the supply box on the street i called the call centre they did not send a technician for 10 hrs i have now called now i have to wait sleep with no electricity even trought i have pre paid and it is paid i must just wait to call .for a technician again tomorrow. Maybe the service will improve tomorrow. Why do i pay good money for poor service and there is no web site to complain on except this one. Sad the service inthis country.
