<p>My electrical connection was disconnected yesterday without any warning. We got the DISCONNECTION NOTICE in the postbox. I did the EFT after my kid told me about the disconnection. There is no date on the DISCONNECTION NOTICE when the disconnection will happen. I feel this is a very bad from the council they could warn us. We have a small baby in the house. What if we had someone with life support?</p> <p>Today I got a FINAL NOTICE with a notice date of 2016/10/28.</p> <p>I went numerous time to the council to change my payment date to the first of each month, where upon the person behind the desk point blank say “no” we only getting paid on the last day of the month and to pay on the 25 is impossible. If a pay more the moth that I have extra that even doesn’t help.</p>
