27 Jun 2016, 11:54good day, please note that someone was sent out to the proerty on the 23/06/2016, i recieved a call to confirm this and at that time no one was home, i was told i'd be called again for a better time. now not only are the kids at home sick,my mom (who is on Chemo for cancer) and my brother are alos sick due to no warmth or hot water at home. please this is urgent.
