electricity reconnection

I am writing this based on the frustrations, my apologies if this is not a right platform but I have exhausted all the avenues. Bad service I have received from City of Ekurhuleni, yesterday they disconnected my electricity and I went there yesterday to pay unfortunately by 15:30pm they were closed. In the morning around 09:00am I did the payment in the municipality today, they promised to reconnect my electricity but even now I'm still waiting nothing. i called their offices they said they will reconnect around 12:00 and now its 16:00pm I can get on hold of them.
