Electricity reconnection

When is my electricity coming back.when i paid i was told that they will recconect yesterday but up to now they havnt.this kind of service is disgusting given that i paid even the reconnection fee.i practically do not have that time to go therr again because of work.the boksburg municipality credit department must improve the service delivery.my account number is ***
