Electricity power dips

I lodged a complaint with the Kempton Park Customer Care Centre last week Sunday 11 Feb at 13:12 about the power dips we are experiencing. Not just me, but our whole street. I've phoned every day since to follow up. A technician was sent out, along with a supervisor who promised me that they'll put a recorder in at the substation to see when these dips occur. (Which they still haven't done btw) They even moved our prepaid meter to another grid. But it has gotten worse since then. Their service is really appalling!!!!!!!
