ELECTRICITY - POOR SERVICE

We have been without power as the cables in the box have burned out on the 27/7/2022 and every time we get told they will escalate it and phone the technician to find out when he will come to our building and sort it out as we are a "priority" and then they will get back to us - in which nothing happened. We are a 24 hour company and cannot operate without electricity.
