Electricity outages

I do not know who is responsible for call centre in Germiston but all I can say is there's poor service delivery and when you call customer service is either you don't go through or I don't know like really what service is this incompetency is at its highest level we stay without electricity past 2 to 6hrs way beyond the so called loadshedding this is unacceptable no notice of any faults
