Electricity meter BLOCKED

I have been trying to buy electricity since last week Wednesday. I have been told that my meter is block. I sent a query and Faith phoned me back last week to tell me that my account is clear. Nothing outstanding but she cant tell me why my meter is blocked. It is Tuesday today and I have reported the problem email phone but still no luck. I have been with out electricity since Friday.
