ELECTRICITY ISSUE : REF NUMBER:1157 OF 2022/12/10

Every 2 months there is an issue with the electricity on my premises, itsalways the circuit breaker in the power box outside in the street. the turnaround time is 24 hrs however it takes 72 to 96 hours for a technician to be allocated. Can you please assist with getting a permanent solution or someone from the energy department to assess the issue and come with a permanent solution. I have called an electrician several times to check if the issue is internal but he proved that the issue is outside and also previous technicians have mentioned that the issue is outside but they keep repalcing the circuit braker with weak ones or ones that come from other areas which are weak or have been used. this is causing alot of damage to my appliances and food. because of this on and off thing.PLEASE ASSIST WITH A PERMANENT SOLUTION!!!!!
