Electricity issue at Sunrock Village,Boksburg.

Ekurhuleni is been giving us a problem concerning electricity, I stay at a new development houses called Sunrock village at Boksburg, It can go for about 13 hours without attending to the matter even,the past two days it has been worse, as a parent who has a son depending on electricity in order for him to survive and also up to date with my payments its really frustrating.
