Electricity issue

We haven't had electricity since 15:50 on Saturday (19/02/2022) and have logged out a complain ever since. It is just my house that is cut off. Today is day 3 and the call centre employees have escalated this matter even when we were told that a technician on standby will come and fix our problem.
