Electricity Fault

My name is Mabatho residing at Phumola ext 21 Roodekop. My complain is about energy department I Ekurhuleni. I dont have an electricity from 21/05 which I report on the 22/05.They gave me Ref No 2205/0195. Since from then doing follow up. They promised me the technician will come abd check the fault. I waited ti today am still waiting. I called almost every day the respond I get is that they lodge my complain to the technician they are the one who don't attend. I even ask for assistance from he councellor to follow up my matter.. Call center you wait and ot exhaust aitimre hence they don't have call back. Even if they promise so they will never call. I wonder when are they going to resolve my problem am so tired of their promises. I took my time go to. Driehoek the respond I get is they can't assist me. I must call for help though I do have Ref No. Thanks to one of the call center guy who lodge second complaint on my behalf. 2nd Ref on the 31/05. Is 1629. I wi with till Jesus come down on Ekurhuleni Energy Department to fix my problem.
