Electricity disconnection on error

For the second time my electricity is disconnected without notice. After a weekend and a day last time I found out that the disconnection was by mistake. Today again I am disconnected. I had to contact my bank about a debit I order from the esiyakhokha application even though I pay using the once off debit facility. Now its late, their call centre is closed and I have an exam on Wed. And the esiyakhokha does not submit complaints for some reason.
