Electricity blocked

I live with a pensioner in a house of the deceased. She registered for indigent, and she makes monthly payments as per statement sent monthly.<br> <br> But we are currently blocked and cannot buy electricity because the bill is not paid. Call centre consultant are clueless and rude. I hope Hello Peter can help us on this matter.we are tired of ******* municipality.
