Electricity being block on the same month we paid the service R600

<p>My grandmother is 90 year old and we depend on her pension money ,ekhuruleni municipality block electricity on the 27/08/2016 .I went to lethabong to check reason why the block electricity ,they told me that it is due to the service not being paid .When i check we have paid R600 on the 29/07/2016 house 282 moedi section tembisa account number ********** 564 and i gave them proof of payments .they told me that it does not appear on their system.they cant do nothing about it ,i have to pay R1300 before the can open electricity. I try to do indigent they need my grandmother and she is sick and too old . please assist me as i am unemployed.</p>
