I would like an explanation of reporting electric fault from Friday 31/03/2023 but the technicians never come till today. What should we do if we have an electricity problem. Call center always respond with the same answer of forwarding the call to to relevant departments. Sometimes the technicians do not come at all. Wasting my airtime doing follow up but they won't come.
